Yes. We support both Plan-Managed and Self-Managed NDIS participants. You can check out through our store, or request an invoice for your Plan Manager. We're also happy to walk you through the process if it's your first time using your plan for consumables.

What products are eligible under NDIS?
Most daily living and continence consumables (e.g. gloves, wipes, underpads, sanitary items) are covered under Core Support (Consumables category). If you're unsure, we can help clarify if an item aligns with your plan’s goals.
What if I order the wrong product or size?
No worries—just contact us within 7 days of delivery. We understand mistakes happen and we’ll help arrange an exchange or refund as long as the product is unopened and in resaleable condition.
How fast is delivery?
